It's easy.
We've designed our STL. file to be easily printable. Any printer works, no supports needed. Printer not calibrated? No problem. Our model is designed to be unaffected by minor mishaps such as layer shifts.
Total time required? Five minutes.
1. Download the STL. file provided at the end of this page. Start the print.
2. Cut a 12" piece of elastic. If your elastic doesn't have buttonholes, poke a hole at each end.
3. Strap the elastic over the mounting points on the ends of the now printed headband.
4. Using a standard 3-hole punch, punch one 8.5x11" transparency sheet.
5. Fit the transparency over the three holes on the headband. Done.

Industry standard materials.
Our headband interfaces with 8.5x11" transparencies and buttonhole elastics. Don't worry if you don't have any -- they're plenty on Amazon and Walmart. We've even provided links in the Resources page. Can't afford to purchase these extra supplies? Industry standard means hospitals likely have these transparencies and elastics already, so printing the headband only is already a big help.
